Welcome to Rivo Cabs. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and transport services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
- Booking & Contract
When you make a booking with Rivo Cabs, you enter into a legally binding agreement with our company. All booking details must be accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if the information provided is incorrect or if the service cannot be fulfilled.
- Payment Authorization
By confirming a booking, you authorize Rivo Cabs to charge your selected payment method for the following:
• Journey fares
• Waiting time charges
• Additional stops during the journey
• Vehicle cleaning fees if necessary
• Damage caused during the trip
We may dispute unjustified chargebacks using journey logs, driver reports, timestamps, and communication records.
- Pricing & Fare Adjustments
Prices are calculated based on booking details including pickup location, destination, distance, and vehicle type. Additional charges may apply if the route changes during the trip, extra stops are requested, or waiting time exceeds the allowed limit.
- Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their booking under the following conditions:
• More than 24 hours before pickup: cancellation may be eligible for a refund.
• Less than 24 hours before pickup: cancellation charges may apply.
• No-show bookings: the full fare may be charged.
- Waiting Time
Rivo Cabs provides complimentary waiting time depending on the service type.
Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after the flight lands. Standard pickups include approximately 10–15 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
- Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave responsibly during their journey. Drivers have the right to refuse or terminate service if passenger behavior threatens safety or violates legal regulations.
Passengers must respect driver instructions and vehicle safety policies at all times.
- Liability Limitations
Rivo Cabs is not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, missed appointments, business losses, or delays caused by traffic conditions. Our liability is limited to the total value of the booking.
- Data Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to provide booking services, communication, and fraud prevention.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled under the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
